It was a meeting place before climbing Mt. Fuji. There are also souvenirs on the first floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and a rest area on the third floor.

Bathroom is public. Imagine the amount of visitors to the area. Mattresses and pillows are very bad as well. Bit staying at the fifth station is priceless as your body get used to the altitude. Please come prepared and with energy bars. There are none here. Fruits as well
